Building permits in Algeria are issued under Executive Decree No. 15-19 of 25 January 2015 on planning documents. What documents does a building permit need?
A title deed (or equivalent), architectural and structural plans signed by licensed professionals and the written documents listed by Decree 15-19. We give you the exact list for your project.
Where is the file submitted?
To the president of the municipal council (APC) where the plot is located, who forwards it to the reviewing services. We handle submission and follow-up.
What if the permit is refused or incomplete?
We analyse the reason, correct the plans or complete the file and resubmit it. An appeal is also possible under the conditions set by the regulations.
