Building compliance and regularisation in Batna (Law 08-15)
Unfinished building, built without a permit or not matching the permit: Law No. 08-15 of 20 July 2008 sets the rules for bringing buildings into compliance and completing them. Saidi Walid's office surveys the existing building, draws the plans, prepares the regularisation file and follows it up with the authorities. We also prepare the certificate of compliance for buildings completed according to their permit.

Frequently asked questions
Is Law 08-15 still in force?
Its deadlines have been extended several times. Check the current situation with your municipality (APC) or call us: we tell you the right procedure for your case.
Can every building be regularised?
No. The law excludes some cases, such as buildings on non-buildable land or easements. We review your file before starting.
Why regularise?
Without compliance it is hard to sell, subdivide, obtain a deed or connect some utilities. Regularisation secures your property.
